I'm back...
So far I managed to do the one thing I was afraid I couldn't - find time to return to write stuff down. So far so good.
As you have probably noticed I am a cacher, one of those creepy people waiting at the edge of a park waiting for families with an actual purpose, to move, so I can go look for a film canister in a pine tree without being noticed. I picked up the hobby, because quite honestly I was getting bored with the same old routines and I wanted to find some new places in the area that I never would have gone to if it wasn't for this strange hobby. An unexpected bonus is it gave me more opportunities to let my mind wander and find new sources of my own dark humor.
So today - another cemetary. Usually one of the most boring places on this blue marble, but today, taking an, let's just say, a unintended path to get from point A to point B, goobie and myself came across either the cheapest mauseleum in town, or a really fancy dog house. What originally caught our eye was the unique melting pattern on the roof (bottom photo). But what was the most exciting was the scene right out of Buffy that appeared when I tried to get a better pic. (top photo)
Fortunately for us amature vampire slayers, the undisturbed snow suggests no recent activity, but we were still half looking for sharpened branched just in case. But we survived the non-showing of some cemetary excitment and returned home with only these 2 pictures and a stupid frog to show for it.
So much for the boring day today. See if life changes it tomorrow.
